When upgrading your subscription plan, your current plan will be terminated and the new subscription plan will be created and activated immediately. Credits included with the new plan are issued instantly.For example, if you upgrade from a 100-credit plan to a 200-credit plan, you will immediately receive the 200 credits from the new plan. If you still have 100 unused credits remaining from your previous plan, your total available balance will become 300 credits.Credits do not expire and can continue to accumulate over time in Meowgic.
Credits
Credits are used to generate, modify, and refine e-commerce apps through AI conversations. After each task is completed, credits are dynamically calculated and deducted based on the task’s complexity. More complex tasks typically consume more credits. Scenarios that may consume credits include:| Credit Consumption | Examples |

Yes. Any previously issued remaining credits can continue to be used without expiration. You will also receive credits from your new subscription plan.

Yes. Canceling a yearly subscription only disables automatic renewal for the next year and does not affect the current subscription period. During the active yearly subscription period, remaining yearly credits will continue to be issued monthly until all 12 distributions are completed.

Your previous yearly subscription will end immediately, and the new monthly subscription will take effect right away. However, because the yearly plan still includes remaining scheduled monthly credit distributions, your account may continue receiving yearly credits during the monthly subscription period. If you also have an active monthly plan, you will receive both monthly credits and the remaining yearly credit distributions.

No. Once a subscription is activated and credits are issued, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
What happens if a task consumes more credits than my current balance?
What happens if a task consumes more credits than my current balance?
The system will always complete and display the full task result before deducting the actual credits used. If your balance becomes negative after deduction, you will not be able to start new AI conversation tasks until new credits are issued. Future credits will automatically offset the negative balance first.
